2. Booking & Dakshina (Advance & Honorarium) Policy

• Booking Confirmation: Service appointments and Pooja dates are locked upon receiving customer details and initial booking advance (Dakshina).
• Complete Price Transparency: Total estimated costs for fresh Pooja samagri, flowers, ritual items, venue preparation, and Priest honorarium are clearly communicated prior to confirmation with zero hidden costs.
• Utilization of Advance: Booking advances are deployed immediately to procure perishable Vedic samagri and reserve learned Brahmins (Pandits) for your designated Muhurat.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected circumstances may require date modifications:

• Rescheduling: You may reschedule your consultation or Pooja to another auspicious Muhurat date by notifying us at least 24 hours prior via Phone/WhatsApp. Rescheduling is free of extra charges.
• Cancellations: If a booking is cancelled after physical samagri preparations have commenced, actual expenses incurred for perishable goods will be deducted, and any remaining balance refunded promptly.

Vedic Astrology and Pooja Anushthans are spiritual sciences aimed at offering divine blessings, karmic clarity, and positive energy alignment.

5. Code of Conduct & Respectful Interaction

We maintain a sacred, respectful environment for all devotees and Priests. Any abusive, profane, or inappropriate conduct during live chats, phone calls, or physical ceremonies will result in immediate termination of service without refund.
